Most founders do not have a design problem. They have a selling problem.

I am Jakaria Mahmud. I build brands with a business mindset and grow businesses with a brand mindset.

My work sits between brand strategy, design, sales and business development. I care about how a business is positioned, how its value is communicated, how it is perceived and, ultimately, how that value turns into real conversations, clients and revenue.

That lets me look at a business from both sides: the story people see, and the decisions that make them buy.

Free, no pitch, and you keep the plan either way.

How it works

How a project runs.

You always know what is being worked on this week, what lands next, and what I need from you to keep it moving.

  1. STEP 01

    Audit

A call plus a teardown of your website, funnel and sales process. You keep the findings whether we work together or not.

  2. STEP 02

    Strategy

Positioning, messaging and funnel structure written down as one roadmap you can approve before anything gets designed.

  3. STEP 03

    Design and build

Identity and interface in Figma, then built and tested on real devices. Fast, responsive and ready for search engines.

  4. STEP 04

    Launch and grow

We go live with tracking in place, then improve every month against the numbers we agreed in step one.

Fit check

Am I the right person for you?

Writing this down saves us both a call. I would rather turn down work than take a project I cannot win.

Good fit

  • You have a product or service that already sells, and the website is the weak link
  • You want positioning, design and growth handled by one person instead of three vendors
  • You can give feedback within a couple of days so the project keeps moving
  • You are willing to measure results and change the plan when the numbers say so

Not a fit

  • You need a logo by Friday and nothing else
  • You want the cheapest option on the market rather than the one that pays for itself
  • Design decisions have to clear five stakeholders before anything ships
  • You are looking for someone to execute a brief exactly, with no questions asked

Pricing

What it costs.

Fixed scope, fixed price, and a written brief before anything starts. No hourly billing and no line items you did not agree to.

About me

I came to design from the sales side.

I spent my early years in business development, on calls, hearing exactly why people said no. Then I learned design. That order matters. It means I read a homepage the way a buyer reads it, and I know which objection each section has to answer before someone scrolls past.

Eighty clients later, across SaaS, ecommerce, fintech and super apps, that is still the method. Understand the sale first. Design second. Measure, then fix what the numbers point at.

Questions

Things people ask before booking.

Anything else, ask on the call or send an email. I reply to every enquiry personally.

Email a question

Thirty minutes. I look at your website and funnel before we talk, then walk you through what is leaking and what I would fix first. You keep the list either way, and there is no pitch attached to it.

A single landing page takes about a week. A full brand and website usually runs three to five weeks, depending on how quickly content and feedback come back from your side.

Yes. The Launch package exists for exactly that. One page, one offer, live in a week, so you can start testing the market instead of spending three months designing.

Pause any month with a week of notice and pick up where we left off. Monthly plans are not annual contracts and there is no cancellation fee.

Often not. If the structure is sound, a focused redesign of the pages that carry your traffic will do more than starting over. The audit tells you which of the two you are looking at before you spend anything.

You do. Figma files, brand assets and the website itself are handed over at the end of the engagement, with a walkthrough so your team can keep editing without me.
